модерато не могу снять эффект который накинул НПС

проходил цепочку квестов в самом начале цепочки вар визин. дали задания убить жука пошол бить он накинул эффект жалящий рой и оно не снимается пол дня с ним бегаю помогите сянь пожалуйста
